To update role tag collections you must have permissions to write roles or hourly roles.
You can update the collection's name, color, and manage its role tags.
The collection name must be unique within the account (max 50 characters).
Color must be a valid hex color code (e.g., #FF5733).
Role tag names must be unique within their collection.
